just came back from some bible study/Christianity meeting/talk or sth like that. pretty interesting on how they view things. i went there as a Pagan, always will be, cause i like to listen to different points of view instead of believing in one. if not, it would make me bias and im a very bias person if i wanna be XD
i dun know much but heres my point of view about the insightful session. the whole 4 hour i was pondering on these 2 statement.
1. Worshiping God doesnt rob you of your freedom.
2. Materialistic, illicit sex, money loads, high education, higher pay and digital entertainment are works of the Bird Catcher a.k.a Satan to mislead the soul from God's teaching.
pretty clear. just that i started to doubt that statement when they interview young believer, im talking bout kids under 10 or around there. they said that certain company will mislead them and they are bad influence. and so they decided not to have any close relationship with their "friends". same goes to school activity like camps.
my PoV. if that's bad. i'll say they lost their childhood. i'll say what's the point of being born and aim to be baptist and do a part in spreading the believes? i mean, what are u going to say when u grow up and tell you child about ur childhood..... if u have any offspring that is... since they say sex is bad and being single is a worthy status when God calls for u.
okay back to childhood. tell them that u read bible everyday? tell them ur a devoted believer that so purely follows his faith until he sees everything as unpure and work of Satan? no offense but you only get to grow up once and when its time u realize it, ur bones will be too fragile to play at the playground, u'll be frown at when u have fun with "teen" entertainment.
yes. i wanna sit the swings but stupid government rule said im too old and might vandalize it.
as they move on to the older devotees, they talk about givin up a better job position. they gave up their job because the seduction of money is bad and materialistic. they will stray from their path and sinned. some kept being Single because they believer they are free that way, less boundaries. gave up persuading for high education for reasons i've forgotten what he said.
but look at it this way. if u were to sinned for the greater good, arnt u going to do better? i mean, get the high position, get a higher pay, then donate it. persuade ur education, influence more people than u are now. see the bigger picture damn it. there's more good ahead. dun crash the bridge down.
mmmm where was i.... oh yea. act of the bird catcher. is Bill Gate the biggest Satan then? he started with the digital era. he gave people easier and a lot more enjoyable life. is Newton and all other inventors Devils? they gave us light from the dark, they improve human lifestyle. they made evolution.
if u can say that Doctor's advise is Words of God to help u live longer. then why not the rest? me wanting to own a PSP and play with it is sinful. i wan a better computer to complete my work, its sinful. im greedy, i dun know how to be minimalism, its sinful. yes?
im not against anything here. just ranting out my thoughts. if God were to create us in his image. theres just too much about human being, well, being too Satanic for their own good. Time is being reduced. lets hope God resets the world soon. coz theres just too much conflicting and contradicting things.

i tot Gods are suppose to be fair. why do we need to form this ownership to get blessings? its almost like politics now. u have to be under someone that wins to get benefits. is the world above exist no equality too?
